This order comes from a regular customer in Taiwan. After delivering a batch of medical welding stainless steel pipe in November 2022, the customer immediately sent a new inquiry for stainless steel seamless pipes, also used for medical, and the pipes will be grooved at end user’s site. Therefore, the new inquired tubes not only have smaller diameter, but also have higher requirements for hardness and strength, to achieve 1/8H of stainless steel strength requirements.

Xinyue Technical Department made detailed study of the customer’s requirements, comparing the normal 304 material with the additional 1/8H strength requirement proposed by the customer, it was found that the ultimate strength required by the customer is up to 1035Mpa. Finally, Xinyue Technology Department successfully found a solution to complete the production and delivery of the pipe.
