 In August 2018, Xinyue Changsha Branch received the enquiry of a small hydro-power project for Africa customers. The enquiry consisted of two parts, the pipe and the pipe fitting. The technical documents of the coating were numerous and the requirements were very complicated. After nearly two months of detailed confirmation, Which is in October 2018, Xinyue finally provided the customer with a perfect solution. After receiving the plan, Africa customers expressed their satisfaction with Xinyue's ability to solve the problem. On the next day, we were asked us to prepare the PI. After a week of waiting, we received the customer's deposit. In the middle of November, all the goods were finished, and the coating of pipes and fittings took a lot of effort. Under the protection of the layers of cardboard, the goods went out smoothly.  In the middle of January, I received a pipe fitting inquiry form from an old customer in the Middle East, including elbow, concentric reducer and equal tee . the total quantity is 38 tons.and we have given the best price to our customers at the first time. After quotation, we always kept close communication with the customer about this inquiry. At the beginning of February, the customer said that it had reached the purchasing stage.they feel satisfied with our price . but he required that all the fittings must be painted with black paint, bevels and stamp and also need to arrange the third party inspection. 　　Welding neck flange is a type of pipe fittings which has “round neck” in the center. The “round neck” is already bevelled which is directly for welding with the pipe ends. The outside diameter of the “round neck” is the same as the connected pipe outside diameter. In general, the outside diameter for the “round neck” hole is ranges from 50mm to 2130mm. Around the “round neck” there are 4 to 48 bore hole which is used with bolts to connect two flanges together. The outside diameter for the bore hold ranges from 11mm to 30mm. The outside diameter for welding neck flange ranges from 75mm to 2190mm, and the thickness is from 12mm to 58mm.
