What is the role of the secondary combustion oxygen lance?

 The secondary combustion oxygen lance has a single flow path and a double flow path. The use of a secondary combustion lance is also a form of thermal compensation technology. By supplying oxygen, the CO gas discharged from the molten pool is partially burned, and the heat in the furnace is supplemented to secondary combustion.

Oxygen is divided into two strands after entering the nozzle from one channel. One stream passes through the main hole channel of the Laval nozzle, and the other enters the auxiliary channel of the straight hole. The oxygen flow entering the main channel of Lavalcon is used for smelting; the oxygen entering the auxiliary flow channel is used for the combustion of CO gas in the furnace, also called the end-type secondary combustion oxygen lance; the body of the gun is still three Layer concentric sleeve.

The oxygen of the double-flow secondary combustion lance is supplied to the molten pool through the main oxygen flow path and the auxiliary oxygen flow path, respectively. The gun body is a four-layer concentric sleeve, the central tube is the main oxygen flow channel, and the oxygen is supplied to the Laval nozzle; the tube adjacent to the central tube is supplement.
