Causes of rust in stainless steel tubes

Based on experience, we describe several common rust conditions of stainless steel pipes as follows:

First, stainless steel has peeling trachoma and other rust. Substandard materials will cause rust.

Second, the annealed stainless steel strip becomes black, and the ammonia leak from the perforation of the furnace tube will cause rust.

Third, the welding seam of the stainless steel control pipe factory is rough, and the black line will cause rust.

Fourth, do not pay attention to the protection of stainless steel pipes during transportation, mix stainless steel pipes with chemical products that can pollute and corrode, or rainy transportation to allow two waters to penetrate into the packaging film will cause rust.

Fifth, when the processing manufacturer cuts stainless steel or iron when installing and manufacturing the product, splashing iron filings on the surface of the stainless steel pipe may cause rust.

Sixth, the use of users in highly polluted areas (such as the seaside, chemical plants, brick factories, electroplating and pickling plants, water plants, sewage treatment plants, etc.) or cleaning stainless steel pipes with corrosive chemical products will cause rust.
