Ordinary introduction of Carbon Steel Pipe

　　Carbon steel pipe is made with steel ingot or solid round steel and processed into a tubular billet by perforation, than finished with hot and cold rolled. So it can be divided into hot rolled steel pipe and cold rolled steel pipe two categories.

　　Hot rolled steel pipe can be divided into general steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipe, high pressure boiler steel pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, petroleum cracking tube, geological steel pipe and others.

　　Cold rolled steel pipe not only included general steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipe, high pressure boiler steel pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, petroleum cracking tube, but also included carbon thin-walled steel pipe, alloy thin-walled steel pipe, stainless thin-walled steel pipe and profiled steel pipe.

　　According to the classification of use, we can divide the carbon steel pipe into below 5 types:

　　1.Pipeline tube: Such as water or gas tube, seamless steam pipeline, petroleum conveying tube, oil and gas trunk pipeline, agricultural irrigation and sprinkler pipeline.

　　2.Thermal equipment tube: Such as boiled water pipe used for general boiler, overheated steam pipe, overheated steam pipe used for locomotive boiler, high temperature and pressure boiler tubes.

　　3.Mechanical industry tube: Such as aviation structural tube(round carbon steel pipe, oval/flat oval carbon steel pipe), auto semi-shaft casing, axle pipe, automobile and tractor structural tube, square and rectangular tube used for agricultural machinery, carbon steel pipe used for transformer and bearing.

　　4.Petroleum geological drilling pipe: Such as petroleum drilling pipe, drilling pretty, oil tube, oil casing, and various tube joints, petroleum drilling pipe.

　　5.Chemical industry tube: Such as petroleum cracking tube, chemical equipment heat ex-changer, Stainless acid tube, high-pressure pipe with fertilizer, pipeline used for transport chemical medium.

Treatment method of steel pipe welding slag inclusion

What is welding slag inclusion? Welded pipe slag inclusions are slag that remains inside the weld. Welding slag inclusions are generally divided into two categories: The first category is metal slag inclusions.
